GritForge Gym had all the essentials: premium facilities, expert trainers, and an open-door, 24/7 philosophy. But their challenge? Turning a strong Instagram following into real-world gym memberships.

People loved their posts, double-tapped their photos, and even shared their content—but that buzz wasn’t translating into walk-ins. The question wasn’t just about looking good online; it was about building a bridge between online admiration and in-person action.

Our SMART Goals:

  1. Create and implement Instagram Stories and Facebook campaigns featuring motivational content (motion ads and flyers) to promote gym memberships.
  2. Achieve a 30% increase in gym membership sign-ups and boost engagement rates by 40% across Instagram and Facebook within 8 weeks.
  3. Allocate 50% of the advertising budget to targeted campaigns with compelling CTAs like “Schedule a Free Class” or “Join Now” to drive walk-ins and online inquiries.
