Refreshing a brand to better connect with customers on the go.
Grays Logistics, a delivery service based in Lagos, Nigeria, wanted to enhance their existing brand identity while preserving their original logo. Though a full rebrand was not possible, they sought a refreshed, cohesive look across their brand materials and a few key ad campaigns. With an expanding reach, including new locations and services, the goal was to increase brand awareness and create a polished, recognizable image in the logistics industry.
Our goal was to elevate Grays Logistics’ presence through updated brand materials and advertisements. This involved designing branded items like business cards, delivery bikes, and apparel that would bring a professional, uniform look to the team. Additionally, we crafted ad creatives, including a “Welcome to Uyo” campaign and a celebratory New Year’s flyer, to engage their audience and mark key milestones for the business
Using Gray’s logistics vision and logo as our guide, we developed brand elements that communicated speed and reliability. Here’s how we brought the identity to life across different deliverables:
Since a full logo redesign was not approved, we focused on creating brand materials that would bring cohesion and polish to Grays Logistics’ visual identity. Each item was carefully designed to work with the existing logo while giving the brand a fresh, modern feel.

Grays Logistics wanted to make a memorable impact with seasonal and location-based campaigns, marking their arrival in Uyo and celebrating the New Year. The goal was to engage customers with clear, visually appealing ads that felt both festive and informative.
To celebrate the brand’s milestones and growth, we crafted two distinctive ads:
“Happy New Year – Welcome to 2023!”: This flyer greeted Grays Logistics’ clients with a warm, celebratory message, setting an optimistic tone for the year ahead.
“Now in Uyo!”: Announcing the expansion of services, this flyer showcased Grays Logistics’ commitment to growth and convenience for customers. With a design that’s bold yet welcoming, it encouraged locals in Uyo to try Grays Logistics’ trusted delivery services.
The New Year and Uyo ads received positive responses from customers and helped Grays Logistics strengthen its presence in Lagos and beyond. The ads contributed to increased social media engagement and customer inquiries about delivery services in new locations.
The new materials give us a fresh, unified look that our customers notice and appreciate. The ads were a hit, too—people in Uyo loved knowing we’re now local, and the New Year message set the perfect tone for 2023. Great work!
