Picture this: you’re scrolling through social media, and every real estate page looks the same—generic house posts, the same overused “dream home” slogans, and a logo that screams “Microsoft Paint.” Now, enter Amarlux Realty.

They had the drive and ambition to dominate Lagos’ bustling property market, but their brand didn’t quite match up to their bold goals. They needed more than just good visuals—they needed a brand identity that felt premium, trustworthy, and human, while also standing out from the sea of sameness.

Our job? To give Amarlux a fresh face and a louder voice. From designing a memorable logo to creating cohesive brand assets and taking their social media presence to the next level, we were on a mission to make them the name in Lagos real estate.

For Amarlux, we wanted a logo that instantly told their story. We merged the letters “A” and “M” to form the structure of a house—simple, clever, and memorable. The design is modern and clean, yet it exudes the stability and trust you’d expect from a real estate brand.

Consistency builds trust, so we ensured every touchpoint screamed “professional.”

  • Business Cards: Crisp and clean, they set the tone for first impressions.
  • Identity Cards: Polished and practical for the team, adding a professional edge.
  • Letterhead: Because even their emails deserve a touch of class.

Social Media

Lagos is loud, and social media is louder. Everyone is fighting for attention, especially in the real estate game. Amarlux needed content that wasn’t just another “3-bedroom duplex for rent” post. They needed stories, engagement, and a way to connect with the humans behind the clicks.

We crafted social media content that did more than sell—it sparked conversations:

  • Interactive Flyers: Bold, scroll-stopping designs for property listings, shortlets, and rentals.
  • Engagement Posts: Polls, quizzes, and tips that made followers feel seen, not sold to.
  • Seasonal Campaigns: From “Why you should hire a Real Estate Agent” to “Why you should invest in off-plan Projects,” we positioned Amarlux as a trusted advisor in the real estate space.
  • Ad Campaigns: Eye-popping visuals for special offers and new property alerts.

This rebranding captures everything we wanted to say about Glamora. It’s bold, it’s timeless, and it makes our clients feel like they’re part of something special.
