Grandeur Luxury Apartments, a premier development in Abuja, sought a brand that would reflect the sophisticated, luxurious lifestyle offered to residents. The challenge was to create an identity that resonates with prospective tenants and brings the idea of “magnificence” and “luxury” to life. Our team was tasked with developing a full suite of branded materials and launching an advertising campaign to attract a discerning clientele.

By merging the letters “G” and “R” in a horizontal inversion, the design creates a unique, iconic shape that resembles a twinkling star.
